Three old rose cut diamonds sit comfortably on top of a dark green cabouchon type stone, carefully finished with 12 attractive, old rose cut diamonds set in silver as would be expected with this type of early antique Victorian jewelry.
Size 'N' but can be re-sized.
Length approximately 25mm x width approximately 16mm
Rose cut diamonds set in silver and mounted in 18ct yellow gold.
